We are excited to be a part of the development of Williamsport's up-and-coming East End neighborhood. Our most recent project at 659 East Third Street is the first major development project of its kind in the immediate vicinity of the 600 block. When we acquired the property in December 2012, the building was a long-abandoned single-family house on the City's list of blighted properties. Today, the building houses three upscale rental units -- one dual-purpose commercial and residential suite, and two highly distinctive apartments. The building boasts gas fireplaces, granite countertops, tile flooring, and many other features not commonly found in local rental properties. We believe this property adds much-needed variety to the options available to Williamsport renters. The conversion of this property into a fashionable, energy-efficient building signifies the beginning of this area's transition into a vibrant, bustling extension of downtown Williamsport.
The Corner of Railway & East Third St.
We have spent many years and much effort acquiring all three parcels of land necessary to developing the area at the corner of Railway Street and East Third Street. This project was scheduled to begin in 2014. The plan was to combine the two existing buildings to create one building featuring six mid-level studio and one-bedroom apartments. However, the tragic and devastating accident that occurred at 711 East Third Street in January 2014 has resulted in this project being put on hold indefinitely. We continue to wait for the City of Williamsport to fulfill its financial obligation for the damage it caused to the building at 711 East Third Street, and we are unable to make any repairs to the building or move forward with this project until this legal matter is settled. We encourage the community to urge the City of Williamsport to stop using stall tactics and fulfill its financial obligation so that this building can cease to be a painful reminder of the accident that occurred there. Please contact the City of Williamsport and ask it to stop hindering this project and start supporting developers who are willing to invest their time and money into improving Williamsport.

1200 Cedar St., Montoursville
Not everyone would have seen the potential in this unassuming house, but we knew it could be transformed into something special....
We started by combining two bedrooms into a large master suite, complete with three closets and a private hallway leading to the master bathroom.
We removed an existing closet and added an 11’ x 4’ addition to the house to accommodate the largest master bedroom closet. We custom designed the closet with great detail, including notches for hangers to keep space between items of clothing so that each piece is easily visible and wrinkle free.
The carrara marble-look master bathroom was designed to stun from the moment you walk in and see the 69” shower with dual shower heads bookended by floor to ceiling storage space. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, the shower window adds natural light without sacrificing privacy. The master bathroom also features a handcrafted, all solid wood construction vanity with soft closing drawers and door and Italian carrara marble countertop.
In the main living area, we removed a wall dividing the living room and kitchen to create an open concept space and installed high-end European white oak flooring throughout. We added a custom designed eat-in kitchen island with pull-out tray shelves and trash bin, and we installed Calacatta marble-look quartz countertops.
The bathroom received a complete makeover, including new tile on the floor and shower wall, a new vanity with matching mirror, and new lighting.
In the secondary bedrooms, we painted the walls a soothing soft gray and installed plush carpet to add warmth. We also added decorative closet doors and lighting to add a touch of character.
We added stone to the exterior, painted the siding, removed an unsightly tree, and replaced the existing shrubbery with new landscaping. We closed in the existing carport to create an attached garage, and we transformed the adjacent uninsulated sun room into a combination mud room/laundry room.
